A big part of Make-A-Way Center's success is
consumer involvement at all levels of the organization.

The Center's staff is comprised mainly of volunteers.
Some of the volunteers are present or former consumers
of the mental health related services. These individuals
donate their talent, time, and energy to help others. In
the process, they are helping themseleves by enhancing
their self-esteem.
